  Food was ok but slightly cold. Was a slow say with only a few guests. Service was very good with the waitress being very attentive. Portion size was ok. Very clean. I'll give it another try.

  Still currently at Jungle Jim's waiting for my food. Had our appetizers delivered over an hour ago. Temperature is relatable to the Arctic. Not my best experience for a birthday supper. Would not recommend this location. Update: we receive and completed consumption of food. Pulled pork sandwiches were cold and there was a mystery pasta that was supposed to be chicken parm but was most definitely something else. I sincerely hope the management reads and responds to their reviews so they can improve their seriously lacking customer service.

  Croutons were stale, vegetables we're cold. Steak was perfectly cooked, but gristly.

  Wing Night...seats and tables available but over 20 people (multiple sized parties) all waiting to be seated. Not sure what the problem is, but this isn't the first time this has happened. Should probably think about having more servers for your busier night! Also, only 5 seats available at the bar. I might not mind the wait if I could have a seat and a drink at the bar! Food is great but service is slow.

  Food was good, but service was slow. We happened to go on a busy night, which we understand means slower service, but usually when there are large tables being served in a restaurant, the server (as a courtesy) informs diners that there will be a bit of a wait for food. Since we did the "all you can eat" dinner option, it was 20-30 minutes in between courses before food was delivered. By the time our second round came, we were already full, and didn't want to order our third course. Helped us by not over-eating, but it still would have been nice to know that there were large tables so we could order all three courses at once and save time for us and the waitress
